Happy fucking Friday bitches. It’s the weekend, I’m in an airport with absolutely no responsibilities, and I’m heading to my hometown for the weekend. So you know I’m fucking PUMPED for the next 3 days. Let’s get you pumped up shall we? Today’s song to get you HYPE for the weekend is “Suge” by DaBaby. What a fucking rapper name btw: DaBaby. First off, extremely original (not, at all). Also, why do all these hard ass gangsta wannabes keep calling themselves babies? Either way, Suge will have you felling like a CEO ready to run this weekend into the fucking ground, so let’s get it and dive into this week’s gaming news.

Leggo:

Sony’s back; what to expect next Tuesday

Annnnnd here. we. go. What a fucking bomb to wake up to this Friday morning right? I am walking into this with very high expectations. I think we absolutely see release dates for both Ghost of Tsushima and The Last of Us 2, along with more Death Stranding shit that no one understands. What would knock this completely out of the park is if they made the official announcement of the PS5 specs, price, and release date. Its probably way too early for a release date other than Holiday 2020, but I really do think they make some comment or announcement regarding the PS5 specs. Sony has been dormant most of the year. How bout you reward everyone that’s been waiting with some awesome news?

Meanwhile, Google is twiddling their thumbs

Google Stadia had a ton of momentum in the beginning of the year with that first press conference. I really thought they would be making a huge splash into the industry, but they’ve gone pretty silent other than this news. Listen, I’m with many of you taking a wait-and-see approach to Stadia, but I am very hopeful. Streaming games without a console seems like the inevitable next step for gaming, and with Google, one of the most innovative companies in the world leading the way, I feel like we’re gonna be very happy with the final product. Just give a fucking release date please.

Mr X = Pennywise

I still remember playing through Resident Evil 2 for the first time in January. When Mr X entered the scene, everything went from “kinda scary” to “holy fuck idk if I wanna play this game anymore I’m so scared”. So how do you take that and make it 20 times worse? Turn Mr. X into a fucking clown. And not just any clown, Pennywise the Dancing Clown from IT. That is fucking terrifying. Thankfully, I won’t have to experience this since I have an Xbox and I highly doubt they allow mods so FUCK all of you assholes who were about to ask me to stream this mod. Fuck you all. I am safe. The clown can’t hurt me anymore. (That’s what my psychiatrist said).

Red Dead is bringing back the “dead”

Just when I think I’m out, they pull me right back in baby. Best thing about Red Dead Redemption? The zombie DLC. What are they about to do to Red Dead Online? Bring on some zombie DLC. It’s gonna be a must play for me and my friends. The problem will be convincing them to shoot the goddamn zombies and not hogtie me over and over until I quit the game and end my real life. Forreal tho, I think this is gonna be sick and I cannot wait to hear more details. Guess I better reinstall it first tho…

E3 is about to get a whole lot bigger, and I have an announcement

This news is less about the actual post and more about me. As some of you know, I’ve been doing this for about 9 months now. PartyChat has grown at a pretty fast rate of that period of time, which has been fine with me as I’ve refined my writing style and added structure to my posts. But, its time to take this thing to the next level, and the only way I know how to do that is set goals. SO, I am officially announcing my intentions to attend E3 2020 with press credentials. In order to gain those credentials, PartyChat needs to hit a media traffic quota (yet to be determined for 2020). So I will make this promise to you: if we hit that goal by June of next year, I will let you, the fans, choose my cosplay outfit that I will wear for ALL of E3 2020. As we get closer to E3 next year, I will update how we are doing as a community, but until then, continue to tell your friends about PartyChat and let’s make this thing big baby.
